Freshëns: Don’t Settle for the Same Old Airport Burger

We’ve all aimlessly wandered the airport accompanied by the onerous task of securing a tasty meal. Whether you are hours from a comfortable bed or wanting to start your trip off with a good meal, there is hope. And today, hope comes in the form of a little place called Freshëns.

At the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport there are four of these gems where you can get a creative crepes or a fruit-smoothie to go. You can find Freshëns in the following areas, open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

  • Concourse A at Gate 25
  • Concourse B at Gate 9 and 23
  • Concourse D at Gate 7
  • Concourse E at Centerpoint (with available seating!)

You can get the standard smoothie, shake or frozen yogurt that you’d expect at a yogurt stand.  However, if you’re looking for something a little more substantial, you’re in luck. Freshëns has recently begun serving crepes, both sweet and savory. Originating in Brittany, a northwestern region of France, crepes have been popular among the French for many years.

Though crepes aren’t an entirely new concept in America, Freshëns is offering an accessible, delicious, and quick version for your convenience as you travel. Check out the following choices that beats your average fast-food burger or chicken sandwich any day:

  • Southwest Chicken Crepe
  • Steak and Eggs Breakfast Crepe
  • Harvest Salad Crepe
  • Cheesecake Supreme Crepe
  • Nutella Supreme Crepe
  • Guilty Pleasure Crepe

Whatever your tastes, this crepe’s for you!
